The San Antonio Marriage Initiative (SAMI) exists for one purpose — we believe God desires to redeem and restore marriages in San Antonio by His power and for His glory. We're a community of people passionate about strengthening every marriage in every home, with the hope of creating a powerful marriage heritage and ripple effect for generations to come. Whether you work with couples as a counselor, clergy member, or ministry leader, we're here to resource and encourage you in that meaningful work.

SAMI serves as a hub of resources and support for the counselors, clergy, and community leaders who work directly with couples. Rather than running programs of our own, we equip and connect those on the front lines. If you're looking for ways to better serve the couples in your care, we're here to help you do that well.

Community Bible Church's Care & Support Ministry has developed a vetted list of Christian counselors used for church referrals. This resource is available for your personal use as you care for the couples in your ministry or practice.

Not at all! Everything SAMI offers to marriage leaders — whether that's tools, training, or simply a conversation — is completely free. We're able to do this through the generous support of donors, foundations, grants, and private funders who share our passion for strengthening marriages in San Antonio.
